Callers may ask for a specific type of Deed, such as a Quit Claim Deed, or just the general term “Deed”. They may also say they want to “transfer property” to someone else (as opposed to “buy” or “sell”), or that they want to add a person to the title of a property. If they are seeking advice on how to best leave the property to a beneficiary, please do an Estate Planning intake instead.

                    • Flat fee for organizing business entities within the state of Florida is $1,750.00.

                    • Other services are at an additional fee which the attorney will discuss.

                    • We can offer Registered Agent services even if they have already handled the formation part.

                      • RA services are helpful when a business does not have a physical presence and the PNC does not want to list their home address on the state documents.

                      • The business is required to provide a physical address where mail and summonses may be delivered during business hours.

                      • Our main office address is utilized in this situation.

                    • FYI, the state runs behind during the peak times for annual reporting, but the state normally makes the effective date the day we submit it.
