After an investigation by law enforcement and the State Attorney’s Office, our client was arrested for allegedly possessing and selling cocaine to an undercover officer on two separate occasions. Our client was identified as the suspect based on his address and photographs obtained through his Facebook. Our office performed an independent investigation which uncovered alibi evidence and an individual living in the same area as our client who was a known cocaine dealer and had the same physical characteristics as our client. This additional evidence was presented to the State Attorney’s Office and all charges against our client were immediately dropped.
