Zachary Lynch is an accomplished associate attorney at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A., where he specializes in complex business and civil litigation. He has extensive experience managing cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting written discovery, engaging in motion practice, taking and defending depositions, preparing for trial, and utilizing alternative dispute resolution techniques such as mediation and arbitration. His practice focuses on representing Florida entities in a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, fraud claims, and related matters. Complementing his litigation expertise, he is skilled in reviewing, revising, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents, with an emphasis on identifying risks and mitigating potential disputes before they escalate.

In addition to his legal practice, he has acquired fluency in Spanish, which enhances his ability to communicate effectively and work with a diverse range of clients, including those in multilingual business environments.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College, with a major in political science and a minor in philosophy, before graduating cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson Law, he distinguished himself both academically and through hands-on legal experience. As a member of Stetson’s award-winning trial team, he honed his courtroom advocacy skills through national competitions. He also interned for The Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli (U.S. Magistrate Judge, M.D. Fla.), served as a research assistant contributing to the development of a tribal court case reporter, and advocated for disabled veterans through Stetson’s Veterans Advocacy Clinic, successfully assisting those wrongfully denied VA benefits in navigating the appeals process.
