Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A. welcomes attorney Zachary Lynch to the firm. Zachary will be contributing his talents to our firm’s Florida civil litigation department. He specializes in complex business and civil litigation, bringing a dynamic combination of outstanding courtroom skills and a commitment to client-focused advocacy. He has extensive experience managing cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting written discovery, engaging in motion practice, and utilizing alternative dispute resolution techniques. His background in high-stakes litigation will be an immediate asset to our clients.
Originally from New England, Zachary earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College before graduating from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, he distinguished himself academically and as a member of the school’s award-winning trial team, where he honed his advocacy skills. In addition, he gained valuable hands-on experience by interning for The Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli (U.S. Magistrate Judge, M.D. Fla.), serving as a research assistant for the development of a tribal court case reporter, and supporting disabled veterans through advocacy at the Veterans Advocacy Clinic. These combined academic and service-driven experiences exemplify the dedication and integrity he brings to his legal practice.
Since 2020, Zachary has called Tampa Bay home, and as a fluent Spanish speaker, he is a tremendous asset to clients, communities, and businesses across Florida. His language skills reinforce our firm’s commitment to serving Florida’s diverse population and expanding access to high-quality legal representation. These same linguistic talents fuel his passion for writing. His first novel will be published later this year. In his free time, he also enjoys playing chess and backgammon and exploring new tea blends and tisanes.
